An advocate admitted to the bar maintained by the Warsaw Bar Council and a doctor of law. An expert in public economic and administrative law, she combines experience in advising businesses with practical knowledge of public administration and the lawmaking process.
Professional experience
She specialises in advising Polish and international businesses in the energy sector. She gained professional experience at law firms and in the legal department of a government authority responsible for energy market regulation in Poland.
She represents clients in numerous hybrid proceedings in the energy sector, both at the administrative stage and before the Court of Competition and Consumer Protection, higher courts and the Supreme Court.
Expert work and teaching
Honorary Chair of the Energy Law Section within the Legal Practitioners’ Sections of the Warsaw Bar Council. Member of the Polish Association of Energy Law Lawyers. Assistant Professor in the Department of Administrative Law and Civil Society at the Institute of Law, Economics and Administration, University of the National Education Commission in Krakow. Author of numerous academic articles, including on energy law, and a speaker at numerous Polish and international academic conferences.
