Business advisory and transactions
He supports companies throughout their lifecycle, from formation and organisation through ongoing corporate advice to conversions, restructuring and liquidation. His advice covers both strategic decisions and matters arising in everyday business operations.
He advises on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), prepares due diligence reports and supports the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts. He represents clients at meetings of the governing bodies of capital companies and supports them in restructuring and insolvency proceedings.
He also provides legal support to alternative investment companies (ASI), particularly in corporate matters and the preparation and review of transaction documentation.

He represents clients before the ordinary courts and the Supreme Court in commercial and civil matters, as well as before public authorities and administrative courts. He combines legal risk analysis with an assessment of the commercial implications of a dispute to inform the choice of strategy.
